The Complete Certification Program for Teen Babysitters

Super Sitters Training Plus is a comprehensive, blended learning program designed for teenagers and young adults who are preparing to offer babysitting services. This program combines the nationally recognized HSI Child & Babysitting Safety (CABS) curriculum with First Aid and CPR/AED certification training — giving your teen everything they need to babysit with confidence, skill, and credentials families can trust.

How the Program Works

Super Sitters Training Plus uses a blended learning format with two online programs completed before the in-person skills session:

• 📱 Online Program 1 — Child & Babysitting Safety (CABS): Students complete core babysitting knowledge lessons and interactive exercises at their own pace

• 📱 Online Program 2 — CPR & First Aid: Students complete CPR and First Aid knowledge content and interactive exercises at their own pace

• 🤝 In Person: Students attend a 2-hour hands-on skills session for practice and evaluation — arriving prepared and leaving certified

This format is flexible, engaging, and proven — so teens get the most out of every minute of their in-person time.

What Students Learn

Child & Babysitting Safety (CABS)

• The business of babysitting and professional responsibility

• Proper supervision techniques for children and infants

• Basic caregiving skills

• How to recognize and handle problems that may arise

First Aid Certification

• Recognizing and responding to injuries and sudden illness

• Practical skills to act quickly and calmly in an emergency

CPR & AED Certification

• Hands-on CPR technique for adults, children, and infants

• How to use an AED with confidence
